专利摘要:
The pants, in particular underpants (1) has an elastic waistband (2) and an engagement opening (3). The underpants (1) has a bib-shaped flap (7) in the front area, which in the reinforced crotch area (4) is permanently connected to the underpants (1). The bib-shaped flap (7) has in the detachable, upper region Velcro strips (8, 9), wherein the one band is designed as a hook band and the other band as a loop tape. In the front region of the elastic waistband 1 a Velcro strip (8, 9) is present and on the bib-shaped flap (7) is a Gegenklettverschlussstreifen (8, 9) attached. The Velcro strips (8, 9) form a detachable connection between the bib flap (7) and the elastic waistband (2) of the pants (1). On the bib-shaped flap (7) in the detachable area a grip band (10) is arranged. This grip has over the length of the flap-shaped flap (7) on an excess, so that the user easily with his hand between the flap (7) and the handle band (10) is able to intervene and so can solve the bib-shaped flap from the collar and now the engagement opening (3) is completely exposed and he can grasp the genitals or actuate a catheter.

专利说明:

Description: The present invention relates to trousers, in particular underpants with an elastic waistband and an engagement opening. Such designed for men underpants have been known for many years. They are functionally designed for a common, healthy carrier, whose freedom of movement and fine motor skills are intact. For the disabled, such as quadriplegics, or patients in the advanced stage of multiple sclerosis, the mobility and motor skills required when using conventional underpants are no longer present. Quadriplegics are challenged to dress so that they can catheterize independently with limited arm and hand function, otherwise they would have to wear a permanent catheter, because they can not release their genitals independently. As a result, their health is less well protected, since the bladder can be completely emptied only in self-catheter.
People with a disability are psychologically much more stable, the more independence they have. They feel more attractive without urine bag on the leg.
Thus, there is an increased need for a pair of underpants with a large engagement opening, which is much easier to handle and allows sufficient access to the genitals to set the catheter for this group of people.
From the German utility model DE 20 2010 004 057 U1 a pants with engagement is known, the engagement is provided instead of buttons with a hook and loop fastener. However, such underpants is unsuitable for motorized persons, since the access to the procedure, often referred to as trouser or fly, must be operable with sufficient access security.
From US 2005/0 142 986 a pants with an elastic waistband is known which has an engagement and has a latzförmiges element, in which case the bib is connected at the front with the elastic waistband and has lateral textile strips, so to speak, two Form loops, which in turn are attached to the waistband of the underpants in the lateral area. This embodiment should be provided in particular for boxers underpants or swimwear and should serve to keep the genitals safe. Such a solution is contrary to the purpose intended here. The intervention in the underpants is hampered by the inner bib.
It is thus the object of the present invention, a pants with elastic waistband and an intervention for people with physical disabilities, e.g. Tetraplegic, which the wearer can safely open and close without adequate strength and fine motor skills.
This object meets a pair of pants, especially underpants of the type mentioned in that the pants in the front area is provided with a bib flap, which is inextricably linked in the crotch area with the pants, and that the bib-shaped flap in the detachable upper area with a Velcro strip is provided as a hook or loop tape, and the waistband is provided in the front area with a Gegenklettverschlussstreifen so that the Velcro strip form a detachable connection between the flap-shaped flap and the waistband of pants, and wherein the bib-shaped flap in the releasable region with a grip band is provided, whose length relative to the width of the bib flap has an excess.
Further advantageous embodiments of the subject invention will become apparent from the dependent claims and are in the following description, with reference to the accompanying drawings, explained.
It shows:
Figure 1 is a front view of the inventive pants under the omission of the flap-shaped flap.
Fig. 2 the same underpants, again in front view with the bib flap in the closed state, while
3 shows a partial view of these underpants in a partially opened state, and FIG. 4 shows a rear view of the underpants according to the invention.
The pants according to the invention is designated overall by 1. It consists of sewn underpants from a back part and a front part. Depending on the pattern, these two parts are connected or completely separated only in the crotch area. The two parts are then, depending on the pattern, sewn laterally or even in the crotch area 4, which may optionally be reinforced. The two leg openings 5 are provided with a seam. At the top of the pants has an elastic waistband 2, which can be designed differently. This can either be a wide elastic band or the waistband can be sewn as a hemstitch and used in this an elastic band or rubber band completely encircling.
At the front, the pants 1 has a Grosseingriffsöffnung 3. In Fig. 1, this engagement opening is fully visible, since the drawing to be attached, flap-shaped flap 7 is omitted. This engagement opening 3 is extremely enlarged compared to conventional underpants. As a result, the genital is completely free at the opening of the flap-shaped flap 7 and does not hinder the wearer in the operation of a catheter. On the elastic waistband 2 is a Velcro closure strips 8, 9 sewn. A hook-and-loop fastener always consists of a hook-and-loop strip as a hook tape, which is designated here by 8, and a second hook-and-loop fastener strip, which is usually referred to as a loop tape and is here marked 9. In principle, it is of course possible to sewn on the collar as Velcro strips either a hook tape or a loop tape 9. Both solutions have certain advantages or disadvantages. Velcro tapes are usually inelastic, and this applies in particular to the hook tape 8. Thus, if a hook tape sewn directly onto the collar 2 and this collar 2 is designed as a wide elastic band, so the elasticity of the collar is reduced practically to those area to which no hook tape is sewn. The loop tape, on the other hand, can have a certain, albeit reduced, elasticity, so that from this consideration, it would be more appropriate to attach a loop tape to the collar 2. Preferably, however, the hook band is attached to the collar 2, as this is rough and scratchy but always points away from the body, and thus the person who, if it is paraplegic, while not feeling but can still rub it. However, if, as mentioned, the hook tape applied in this area on the collar, this can not be done while, if the hook tape is attached to the bib-shaped flap, which is directed to the patient in the closed state, this can happen very well, because the restricted persons can not always reach an exact closure. If the two bands do not run completely parallel in the closed state, sore rubbing may occur.
In order to reduce the disadvantage of the inelasticity of the hook tape, you can sew the hook tape 8 in several short sections, usually referred to as batches, while you can sew on the bib flap 7 a continuous loop tape.
This problem of reducing the elasticity of the collar 2 can also be reduced by designing the waistband as a hemstitch and sewing the hook tape onto this hemstitch. The function of running in the hemstitch rubber band is not limited thereby.
In principle, the wearer of the underpants according to the invention, so to speak of the legwear, could insert his hand into the engagement opening and press the bib forwards. The fact is that allows the grip, the easy and quick opening and closing of the bib. Therefore, the underpants 1 according to the invention, on the outside of the bib-shaped flap 7, extend approximately in parallel with the waistband in the closed state to a grip band 10. This grip 10 is made longer than the width of the flap-shaped flap 7. Thus, the grip 10 is slightly from the collar 2 from. This solution now also allows for a disabled person with less fine motor skills to intervene with one hand between the collar and the grip without having to grasp the grip and can now move the flap forward and expose the engagement opening 3 and then self-catheterize. On the market today are available catheters that can operate a disabled person without having to have this fine motor skills.
In Fig. 4 it can be seen that the gesässseitige view of the underpants 1 completely corresponds to a conventional underpants and that the front side design of underpants according to FIG. 2 is absolutely aesthetic; it can, as for any non-disabled, be designed decorative, for example, with appropriate embroidery patterns on the grip 10. The pants themselves can have any fabric pattern or color.
The excess of the grip band 10 is adapted to the wearer or the size of the underpants. For adult persons, the excess of the length of the grip band relative to the width of the flap-shaped flap 7 is between 1.5 and 4 cm. At a lesser degree of engagement is difficult and at a greater excess, the grip can hang down and twist, which in turn the engagement is difficult. Underpants should be understood in relation to the present invention not only a conventional underpants in the conventional sense. Conventional underpants are washable and reusable. But there are also on the market diaper-like pants with a closed collar available, which are intended for single use, as well as versions that can be used several times and have a receptacle for a removable absorbent insert. Both versions can be configured according to the invention.
